Phone Interview

In this generation, interviews are not only conducted through face-to-face interview. Also, phone interviews are one of the means of conducting interviews. Based on Joe Issid, here are some tips during the phone interview:

• Location – “Find an appropriate location to talk where there are no distractions”
• Keep your answers short and to the point
• Think out loud
• Don’t look at the clock
• Stay Casual
