8 healthy tips

Looking online today I came across INC website which had interesting facts about “8 ways to ensure your start up doesn’t kill you”. The website gives you 8 great facts about how to keep yourself healthy and I found it really useful and interesting to read. The website has the following in order:
1.       Add protein to your breakfast- The site says that if you only eat cereal or yogurt you should add 10 grams of protein to your breakfast
2.       Walk around every hour- You should walk around every hour if you stay seating you will start feeling tried, so try moving around once a hour
3.       Drink a glass of water 15 minutes before you eat your mean- If you drink a glass of water before a meal you will feel a bit more full.
4.       Eat small portions- You should only eat a portion that will fit in the palm of your hand.
5.       Make your lunch active- After finishing your lunch go for a walk
6.       Stretch during the day- you should always be stretching throughout the day so you don’t feel stiff
7.       Eat a meal replacement bar for afternoon snack- Eat a protein bar for lunch that is healthy and low in fat
8.       Do something physical once a week- Try something hard during the week that will push you physically.
