10 Tips to Help You Wake Up Early In The Morning
All right, we got the first article I posted awhile back about the benefits of waking up early, and then we had the TED Talk by Mel Robbins. For this one, I want to share 10 tips you can try in order to help you wake up.
This blog post was written by Rodrigo Haenggi, and he is sharing his tips on how to be an early riser. Here are some of the points that he lists out:
2. Don't listen to that voice in your head
4. Plan your day the night before and have a reason to wake up
7. Be productive in the morning
8. Remove the option of sleeping in
