The Ramblings of an old Communist

The following link will take the reader to an article that talks about one of Castro's  essays on world affairs.
In it the retired dictator blames the United States for forcing Canada to extract oil, causing irreversible damage to the environment. The article goes on to point out Castro's criticism of Canadian mining companies of harming millions of people though Latin America.
Castro appears to remain upset by the fact that Cuba is still excluded from the OAS. Harper is to attend the OAS Summit later this week. Castro goes on to point out that a traditionally Cuban designed shirt will be worn by the summit leaders. He points out that Cuba is excluded from the meetings but the shirts will be attending.
