Not as healthy as you thought
Today I came across this article that was very interesting to me it showcased habits that we pick up that help destroy our healthy life style; I found it to be very interesting. The article states the following 10 ways we make ourselves unhealthy
1. Not making prevention a priority- We only pay attention to our health when something goes wrong.
2. Staying up late over weekends- Staying up late on Friday or Saturday and sleeping in Sunday is a bad habit
3. Not stretching- Not doing stretches when you should be everyday
4. Exercise at a low intensity rate- Working out at a low rate will help you burn fat and you lose a higher percentage of calories
5. Using antibacterial dish soap- using proper soap.
6. Raw is always better- Not all raw foods are better than cooking some foods. While it is true that you lose certain nutrition when cooking vegetables you do build fiber.
7. Don’t use canned or frozen- Always use fresh fruits and never canned or frozen
8. Thinking muscle weighs more than fat- One pound of muscle weighs t he same as one pound of fat
9. Exercise before bed- Make sure you exercise three hours before bed exercising right before bed is not good.
10. Drinking 8 glasses of water- Drink water when you’re thirsty
