I did some reading on CEO communication and results around North America and some other countries. The overall result was the CEO's do not communicate properly or often enough. The article that is posted at the bottom is a link to an article from a PR researcher who speaks about corporate communication. The overall impression is that CEO's act as managers instead of just being good leaders. The article suggests that people in a corporation need to hear more often from the CEO through presentations and emails as well as two-way personal chats.
