A Very Unique Search Engine

A friend of mine directed me to a very interesting website that offers a unique variation of a search engine.  The search engine is called Wolfram (http://www.wolframalpha.com/) and is a quantitative search engine.  The website states it as "a computational search engine". It essentially takes the information you input and gathers information from various sources around the internet.

Initially the beta version consisted of text and numerical inputs for you to search, but now the alpha version offers much more.  You are able to search using symbols, images, data, and uploading files.  There are also a multitude of apps available for a large variety purposes including educational, professional, and personal.

Check out the link above and try it out!
