Sensible emails

Here are some tips for writing sensible email messages:

- Before you start writing understand why your writing and what response you want from the reader. Think from receiver’s point of view.

- Write the main message in the subject.

- Write briefly with visual and fit it on one screen, so the reader can view the whole message without scrolling.

- Write what action you would like the reader to take.
