- 4th paragraph: Thank the interviewer again and state that you look forward to hearing from them soon.
- Ending greeting: Sincerely, YOUR FULL NAME

This is such a simple things that many applicants are forgetting to do. It really does make all the difference.

My friend recently graduated from culinary school and after attending many interviews, she began asking her self why she was not receiving any phone calls in return.
She decided to write a thank you letter to one of the best restaurants in all of Vancouver. The next day, she received a phone call from the main chef at Hawksworth; she got the job. After working there for about a month, the chef actually told her that the letter played a big role in his decision. It showed that she was committed and made her stand out even more.
A few words go a long way.
