Providing Feedback
Feedback is an important aspect to the working world. A
successful employer will constantly be giving feedback to the employers. This is
important for many reasons:

Lets the employee know what is accepted/ what isn’t

Allows the employee to understand the
expectations of employer

Employee can voice concerns 
·     
Employee is given the chance to learn and grow 
·     
New opportunities may arise 
Giving constructive feedback is an important management tool
that should be used by all employers!
